What title company do you use?

Better Home Solutions only conducts real estate transactions through nationally licensed Title Companies, such as Fidelity, First American or Chicago for the convenience of the Seller. This way you know your transaction is being handled with the utmost professionalism. In addition, no matter where you are located inside the United States we can send a mobile notary to you for signing closing documents. 

Do I have to pay closing costs?

Based on the offer you received from the investor, some buyers will offer to cover your closing costs. In this instance, you will be able to save on the fee's incurred by the title company. Property taxes and capital gains taxes are two things the buyer is not allowed to cover for you, these must be paid by the seller at the time of closing.
